Plan on a couple of hours, more with small children who ration their wonder by the minute. It shines brightest in exactly the weather when beaches fail: winter storms and south-easter days. Adults without kids rate it well too, especially divers and photographers; the feeding talks earn their timeslots.

The bundled pass typically wraps several headline attractions, and sometimes transport, into one ticket: think cable car, aquarium, bus loops, harbour experiences and similar, with exact bundles changing by season. The verdict is therefore arithmetic, not opinion: list your actual plan, price each item on official pages, and compare against the pass. Three or more genuine inclusions, and the pass wins with convenience thrown in. One or two, and you are paying for a feeling rather than a saving.
